Let me tell you a little more about Cathy. For starters her & I are 10 years apart,
we never really did get along growing up. She was the baby and spoiled. I will admit
we were all spoiled but she was alot more. Besides the fact that I was older and was the babysitter while mom was at work she hated to listen to me.
She grew up being mom's baby, and she knew how to work that magic...lol
Cathy soon became a "TEENAGER", I dont know what came over her,
she was in and out of trouble. Stayin out late, drinking, have fun with the crowd.
Soon enough she ended up in alot of trouble, she ended up being on probation, house arrest, and in the youth center.
I hated what she had turned into, lying, stealing, drinking, and hurting the ones that loved her.
Cathy is now almost 18 years old, she has a beautiful baby girl.
She is alot older in everyone's eyes now, she is behaving herself
and taking care of Breanna. She is a great mom, and you can see the love every time that baby looks at her.
She has changed alot in just a few years, she's grown up!!
Cathy and I are like best friends, we tell eachother everything. It is weird we use to
hate eachother. We've become so close. I guess you could say she is more then
a sister to me, she is one of my bestfriends. My children love her to pieces, some more then others but she is great with them.
It is funny, I remember my mom always sayin "be nice to your sister" and "you'll need her someday"
well mom was right again... I do need her, as a friend, as a listener, and as someone I can trust.
I am so grateful for the day we became friends.
